Items purchased on sale cannot be Exchanged or Returned.

NO CASH REFUNDs. Only E-Vouchers will be issued for any returned/exchanged article.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, all product(s) can be exchanged within 3 days from the date of delivery. Please contact us at +92 303 2888812. Please note that the product must be in unused condition with the price tag attached along with the purchase invoice.

 Alternatively, you may visit one of our stores within 7 days of delivery for facilitation and if the exchange product is available, our store staff will process the exchange for you on the spot.

 Local Complaints

If you have any complaints regarding your order, we will exchange if the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect or a shipping error on our Team’s part, in such a situation, please contact our customer service center with pictorial proof/images of the defected product at +92 303 2888812 within 7 days of delivery date.

 International Complaints

International orders cannot be exchanged or refunded. In case of a faulty product, please contact our customer service center with pictorial proof/images of the defective product at +92 303 2888812 within 7 days of delivery date and we will offer you a full refund upon a full review of your case.

 Order Cancellation

You may choose to cancel your order any time before the order is processed, kindly contact our Customer Services Team who will be happy to update you on the order status and process a cancellation accordingly.

 

However, if the order has already been processed, you will receive a notification of the same via SMS/Email and the 'Return and Exchange Policy' will apply accordingly. Furthermore, Saira Habib holds the right to cancel orders for any reason including but not limited to quality concerns, suspicious account activity or if the item ordered is not available in stock.
